"G" (good) will definitely have some issues, so read the notes carefully. "VG+", or "VG" (very good) will just be slightly less perfect than NM or EX and all issues will be noted in the description. (a "like new" record might: have one or more seams partially broken on the inner sleeve, minor shelf-wear to the top or bottom edge, be a cut-out, etc.
